Delphine BRUNET-STOCLET


After spending eight years developing the Intellectual Property business of Paris firm Lafarge, Flécheux, Revuz, Delphine Brunet-Stoclet created the Intellectual Property Department at Schmidt Brunet Litzler (formerly Schmidt Brunet & Associates and member of SBKG & Associates).

As the partner in charge of the five-person Intellectual Property team, Delphine Brunet-Stoclet advises and defends the rights of clients in a broad range of sectors and professions such as industry, advertising and media, as well as fashion, design, furnishings and distance selling.

As a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), Delphine Brunet-Stoclet has actively participated in the work of the European Anti-Counterfeiting Committee and is currently a member of the Well-Known Registered Trademarks Committee.

She regularly hosts Intellectual Property awareness round tables aimed at consolidating the protection and development of rights asociated with creation and innovation in France and around the world.
